CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Natasha (Tash) is the Founder and Clinical Director at Learning Ready Behaviour Services. She is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA), a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), and a Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP). She is a member of the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia, and Behaviour Support Practitioners Australia.
Tash completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Western Sydney; and went on to complete her Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. Tash works as a Sessional Academic in the Masters program at Monash University, and also partners with their Research team.
Tash began her career in ABA in 2010, working at a leading ABA clinic in Sydney, first as an in-home therapist, and continued gaining experience and supervision to then fulfil various clinic-based roles, including National Training and Development Manager. Within this role, Tash was responsible for delivering ABA training workshops, and ongoing training and development for senior staff, in clinics across NSW, VIC and SA. Tash pioneered in-house therapist training protocols, and was responsible for assessing the quality and effectiveness of staff training procedures.
Tash then moved to the United States of America for two years, where she gained extensive supervision as a program supervisor, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including behaviour analysts, psychologists, speech pathologists and teachers. She also supervised a number of clinic-based social skills group programs for children aged 2-7 years old.
Tash is passionate about building a high-quality and compassionate team of clinicians at Learning Ready; and providing ethical, values-driven, effective, and meaningful services to the children of Sydney and their families!
FAMILY SUPPORT LEADER & BEHAVIOUR CONSULTANT
Amy completed her Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University in June 2020. Amy is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
Amy has worked in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis for more than 13 years, with children from the age of 12 months to 13 years old, with a variety of developmental diagnoses.
Amy is passionate about addressing barriers to learning and curating the most ethical and neuro-affirming approach to learning, to build autonomy and independence in all children's lives.
BEHAVIOUR CONSULTANT
Zoe completed her Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University in 2020, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Macquarie University. Zoe is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA), an International Behaviour Analyst (IBA), and a Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP).
Zoe has held multiple roles throughout her ABA career thus far. She has worked in a variety of settings including in-home therapy, clinic-based therapy, as well as shadowing in preschools and primary schools, and facilitating Social Skills Groups. She has experience working with children ranging from 18 months to 17 years of age, as well as working with children with a range of diagnoses.
Zoe is passionate about making therapy fun, exciting and varied for her clients, as well as ensuring therapy is functional and aligned with the child’s and family’s needs.
BEHAVIOUR CONSULTANT
Olivia completed her Bachelor of Psychological Sciences at the University of New South Wales, and her Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. Olivia is a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA), Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), and a Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP).
Olivia has worked with Learning Ready since 2020. Olivia is committed to developing rewarding relationships with children and their families by applying evidence-based practices. She is passionate about increasing children’s autonomy through developing their functional communication skills. She loves assisting clients in a variety of settings to ensure they feel safe and supported in all environments.
PSYCHOLOGIST
Since joining Learning Ready Behaviour Services in early 2020, Irene has enjoyed working with children while pursuing her education in Psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Professional Psychology from Western Sydney University, and is currently a registered Psychologist.
Irene brings experience working with children and adults with diverse presentations, creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. She uses evidence-based practices tailored to each individual's unique way of thinking and experiencing the world, helping them understand their emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and build on their personal strengths.
Dedicated to supporting individuals and families in meaningful ways, Irene believes in the importance of collaboration to support
positive growth. Her approach is compassionate and focused on helping clients make steady, positive changes in a way that respects and embraces neurodiversity.
BEHAVIOUR THERAPIST
Elyse graduated from Western Sydney University with her Bachelor of Health Science (Health Promotion) in 2012 and Master of Health Science (Health Services Management) in 2014. Her passion for holistic wellbeing and paediatric health lead her to excel in multiple roles across the health, education and disability sector including Behaviour Therapist, NSW Health Program Facilitator, Telehealth Advisor, Wellness Director and Early Childhood Educator, where she also attained her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Elyse’s involvement in facilitating health promotion programs with primary school aged children as well as designing, implementing, and evaluating a range of wellness initiatives within the pre-school setting further instilled her passion for early intervention strategies and research led her to discover the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis.
Elyse began her role as Behaviour Therapist with Learning Ready Behaviour Services in 2021. She is committed to providing evidence-based therapy that is flexible, creative, and functional, while ensuring children and their families feel safe and supported. Elyse engages in regular professional development and clinical supervision while providing meaningful therapy across clinic, school, and in-home settings.
BEHAVIOUR THERAPIST
Marissa is studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood and Primary Education at The University of New England. She is passionate about inclusive education and has over eight years’ experience working with children with diverse needs in various roles; including as a Student Learning Support Officer, Tutor, in early learning centres and as a Support Worker.
Marissa is passionate about providing high quality care that is tailored to individuals and founded in evidence and research. She believes in honesty, respect and empathy, as well as being creative and having fun to ensure children are learning and engaged.
BEHAVIOUR THERAPIST
Miriam (Mim) has worked with Learning Ready since 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and Arts (Linguistics) from UNSW, completed in 2025. Through her studies and previous work in childcare, Mim has cultivated a keen interest in language and emotional development. She intends to continue her studies with a Masters in Speech Pathology.
Mim is passionate about early intervention and delivering evidence-based, client-centred care with energy, compassion and humility. She is a strong advocate for creative, connection-based play and its place in individualised and meaningful teaching, as well as the importance of listening to the unique and changing needs of children and their families.
BEHAVIOUR THERAPIST
Laura has completed a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Psychology Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts at the University of New South Wales.
Laura’s previous work experience has solidified her passion for helping young people and families. She has spent more than five years tutoring and mentoring primary and secondary school students aged 12-18 in a variety of subjects, and has experience supporting neurodiverse young people. Laura finds great fulfilment in assisting young people by tailoring her support to their individual needs, and believes that a nurturing environment involves compassion, patience and fun! She values working closely with the families of each child to ensure support that is warm, communal and inclusive.
Laura believes that evidence-based therapy provides comfort and confidence to children and their families. She currently has the long-term goal of completing a Master of Clinical Psychology, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in child and adolescent psychology.
BEHAVIOUR THERAPIST
Freya joined the Learning Ready Behaviour Services team after completing a Bachelor in Psychology and a Master of Science in Health Psychology at the University of Northumbria - Newcastle. Freya has worked with children and young people across education, residential care, disability, and community settings, supporting those with autism and other developmental differences. These experiences have strengthened her focus on early support and the positive impact of consistent, strengths-based guidance on a child’s wellbeing and independence.
Freya values building trusting relationships with children and their families and believes meaningful learning happens through connection, play, and understanding each child’s unique strengths and interests. She enjoys collaborating with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, individualised support, ensuring children feel safe, respected, and supported.
